Many products available at The FlightSim Store are shipped by the supplier. This is called drop shipping. Where products are shipped in
this way The FlightSim Store cannot gurantee the methods or delivery of those products.
The FlightSim Store uses Australia Post to deliver most orders to locations within Australia. Parcel Post and Express Post options are available to select from during checkout. The FlightSim Store also offers a table rate which allows orders to be delivered via what we consider the best way for your order to be delivered. In most cases this method will include tracking and/or insurance.
Several options are offered for delivery of orders to international locations. Airmail, Express Courier International, Express Post International and UPS options are available to select from during checkout.
For most of these methods you will be presented with estimated delivery times. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided,
these times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the
estimated delivery time, please contact us here.
In order to maintain a high level of service The FlightSim Store may at our discretion choose to deliver your items via a method other than that specified on your order.

The following table lists our order processing schedule when all items on an order are in stock and available to be delivered
immediately. Please note that this is to be used as a guide only. National and postal holidays will cause deviations from the
posted schedule. This schedule applies to normal operating situations, however sometimes exceptions will occur and no guarantees
are offered with regards to this order processing schedule. If you have time constraints and you need your order by a certain date,
be sure to order early to avoid disappointment.

Returns and Refunds
No refund or credit is offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and
accurately provide information when placing an order.
No refund or credit of any kind is offered for downloadable products or opened products delivered on CD-ROM, DVD, VHS cassette
and/or any other duplicatable medium. A link to your purchased downloadable products will be available for up to 0 days and products may be downloaded up to 100 times. It is your responsibility to transfer your purchased
downloadable products within this time.
Products deemed by The FlightSim Store to be considered "Dead on Arrival" or those which become defective within 30 days of delivery may be
returned for exchange or replacement. For opened products delivered on CD-ROM, DVD, VHS
cassette and/or any other duplicatable medium only replacement for the exact same title is available. Please contact us
here to arrange the return and request a Return Authorisation Number.
