Galway airport history.
-Galway Airport is a small regional airport located at Carnmore (around 4 miles west of Galway). The airport was originally a flying club. The company Aer Arann proposes later flights to the Arann Islands, and then become one of the main regional Irish companies. Aer Arann operates mainly with ATR 42 and 72. Recently they operate with BAE Avro Liner 146. You can fly of and towards Galway since the main cities of Ireland, UK and even from Brittany in France.
Missions (FSX version only)
- With the FSX version, you can fly 3 missions with the Cessna 172 SP Skyhawk in the direction of 3 airports of the Arann Islands. Inisheer which is the closest, the most remote Inishmaan and Inishmore. A mission in helicopter is also proposed to you.
-You will found the missions in the categories ‘’Just for Fun’’ and ‘’Backcountry’’.
Missions (FSX version only - 3 hours and 30 minutes flights)
The 3 missions with the Cessna 172 SP Skyhawk, are flights to the 3 airports on the Arann Island.
You will have to transport tourist to Inisheer, Inishmaan and Inishmore. The first flight raises no problem because the weather report is clear.
It degrades during the 2nd and 3rd flight. Attention during the 3rd flight, you will have difficulty in perceiving the airport of Galway.
Make the missions in the order so that you can have your check at the end of the 3rd flight of the day.
-Helicopter mission title:
