Manual Wrapper Validation Manual Wrapper Validation
The FlightSim Store Manual Wrapper Validation process is for users of software purchased from our store that is "wrapped" in our custom validation wrapper software. It is most useful to those users who wish to validate their installation on a computer that is not connected to the Internet.

Note: Manual validation not available with all wrapper downloads. If you require manual validation for products that do not include it, please contact us.

If you have already generated your code file using the wrapper please locate it on your hard drive by clicking the Browse button bellow, then click the Continue button. You will then be prompted to download your validation key file that must be input into the wrapper to begin installation.

Validation Code File:

The Process Explained

Below is a step by step explanation of how the manual validation process should be completed.

Please Note: If you are installing onto a machine that does not have Internet access, be aware that certain steps must be performed on the installation machine (A), and others on a machine connected to the Internet (B). Each step is clearly labelled A or B to indicate the machine that the step should be performed on.

1) Choosing Manual Validation (A)
When prompted, select Manual Validation and click next.

2) Choosing to Generate the Code File (A)
When prompted, click the option to generate your offline validation export file. This will create a file that can be submitted to The FlightSim Store server using the form above.

3) Entering Registration Information (A)
Enter the registration information that was sent to you via email by The FlightSim Store. You must also choose a location to save the exported code file that will need to be uploaded to the server in order to generate your validation key file.

Note: You may now need to copy your code file from the installation machine to an Internet connected machine. Do this with a floppy disk, USB drive or CD.

4) Uploading Your Code File (B)
Using the form above from an Internet connected PC, choose the location of the exported code file on your hard drive and click the Continue button.

5) Save Your Validation Key File (B)
When prompted, save the key file to your hard drive in a location you will remember.

Note: You may now need to copy your key file from the Internet connected machine to the installation machine. Do this with a floppy disk, USB drive or CD.

6) Choosing to Import the Key File (A)
Run the wrapper again and repeat step 1 above. However, now when prompted select to import the key file that you downloaded from The FlightSim Store server.

7) Importing the Validation Key File (A)
When prompted enter the path to the key file that was generated by The FlightSim Store server.
